TSUNAMI EARTHQUAKE APPEAL DONATIONS
The scale of the tsunami disaster is almost incomprehensible – so many dead, and the total rising on each report; so much damage; so many problems for the rescuers. I feel overwhelmed by the scale of the tragedy.
If, like me, you feel you’d like to do something to help then there are three ways you can do so immediately :-
1. phone 0870 60 60 900 and pledge / give by credit card
2. go to www.dec.org.uk and do likewise
3. go to your local bank / building society / post office and they should be able to take your money (although it may take a day or two before they have the forms they need to do this)
These are basically things for UK residents to do, although anyone can use the web site. If there are other ways to donate in your country and you think it would be helpful for me to include them then let me know and I’ll add them to the post.
Peace
peter
