Not the best of mornings for me :(

When I got up I couldn't put my left foot to the floor. I think it is gout again :(( The pain is centered inside the ankle joint and is worse if I try and use the toes for things like walking or pressing the clutch pedel to change gear in the car. I've made it into work (at what cost and what driving style around the junctions and roundabouts you don't want to ask!) I called in at a pharmacy and got 24 400mg Ibuprofen tablets (well small bombs actually) and they are starting to work. The packaging says I can take up to three in 24 hours but I may just push that a bit today ... I'll see how they do. I had the first one at about 10:30 and just had the second at 14:00.

Things to do
Drink more water
Don't sit still for the rest of the afternoon
Drink even more water
Get rid of all this water I keep drinking :)

Ahh well, lets have a lighter note now ... Quotes of the day :)

Oh but first ... 10 password myths here

(random side tracking I know, but interesting to the geeky)

And now, those quotes :) Number two made me smile out loud :) Yes I know what I said there :)))

Peace
peter

When someone tells you something defies description, you can be pretty sure he's going to have a go at it anyway.
Clyde B. Aster

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't the fine line between sanity and madness gotten finer?
George Price

People ask for criticism, but they only want praise.
W. Somerset Maugham (1874 - 1965)

Try as hard as we may for perfection, the net result of our labors is an amazing variety of imperfectness. We are surprised at our own versatility in being able to fail in so many different ways.
Samuel McChord Crothers
