Peter Sheil
Education's purpose is to replace an empty mind with an open one.
Malcolm Forbes (1919 - 1990), in Forbes Magazine

Quentin Crisp

But that would, of course, have ruined the story. Part of the experience of being entertained is sitting back and plugging into someone else's vision.

I had fun today ... managed to lose my car keys. I thought they were droped at a friend's house but they weren't there. Had to phone around a few numbers and eventually got the AA to come out [Automobile Association; car breakdown organisation] They took almost an hour to get to me then the guy took over half an hour breaking in to the car. Fortunately I had a spare set of keys in the glove box so I could get going again.

Just about to pack my stuff up ready for thr morning and go to bed. I'm driving the 155 miles to Cardiff first thing.
