My "room" at the hotel is another "garden room". Last time I was in a garden room I was in a block just next to the hotel. This time I across a roadway and round a corner - an extra 5 minute trek. Still by the time I reach the breakfast buffet I'm hungry from all the exercise :)

Instead of the double and single beds in the last room this one has three single beds - I'm getting cramped in the single bed and they are not set up so I can push two of them together.

I went to bed at 8PM yesterday evening, although not to sleep straight away. That seems to have helped my eyes - they have been very sore recently and needed a rest. I think it may be the pollen level - I noticed that they seemed to have a layer of deposit on them when I kept taking them out to clean and the BBC site did say that the pollen level in the south-east has been very high over the last few days. It seems better down here in Cardiff although it has rained a few times since the weekend and that usually helps to clear the air.

Busy at work, so I'll close now - maybe post again when I'm done for the afternoon.
Peace
peter

From Microsoft Knowledgebase

...
If you configure the Autodisconnect option to -1 at the command prompt, Autodisconnect is set to the upper value in the registry. This is approximately 8,171 years (not tested), which should be long enough to be the equivalent of turning Autodisconnect off.

...

So why didn't they test that? Pure laziness.

SYMPTOMS
If you log on to an MIT realm, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, click Change Password, type your existing MIT password, and then type a new, simple password that does not pass the dictionary check in Kadmind, you may receive the following error message:

Your password must be at least 18770 characters and cannot repeat any of your previous 30689 passwords. Please type a different password. Type a password that meets these requirements in both text boxes.
Note that the number of required characters changes from 17,145 to 18,770 with the installation of SP1.

NOTE: This is not a common case; it occurs only when you configure Windows 2000 to authenticate against an MIT Kerberos domain.

Now that's what I call having a secure password :)

The sun is shining in between the blinds behind me and making the laptop screen almost unreadable, ugh. So it must be time to stop oon and head on back to the hotel.
