So - so day at work.

Did my induction at the local gym - see runningdiary for details.

Went shopping for some bread and milk and ended up spending £22 - all stuff
I'll use so it's OK I guess.

Did two loads of washing ... hot sweaty tee-shirt ... yuchy.
Ate, got stuff ready for the morning now I'm off to bed just after midnight.
