Now that's an idea ... [Oct. 28th, 2002|10:34 am]

OTTENSEN, Germany - One laundromat in Germany is scrubing out
the boredom of the typical laundry scene and turning it into
a place for social entertainment. The disco launderette is
equipped with not only a row of washer-dryers but also a fully
licensed bar and DJ booth. Local students are seizing the
opportunity to indulge themselves and their clothes in some
suds at the same time. In a clever attempt at cross-promoting,
cocktails such as 'Fast Spin' and 'Fabric Softener' are popular
menu items. Finally, a dance club where you can throw on a
fresh shirt when the one you have on is full of sweat.
