I had a manager who insisted that we all followed him into the clean desk policy! This cretin even insisted to the point of getting a box - and sweeping all my paperwork off the desk and into the box - and taking it away! I managed some wonderfull replies for a short while! After that he stopped talking about 'clean desk policies'!!!
