Bush bids to save feed-tube woman

The case of Terri Schiavo ... seems to me like something the law should keep out of - what do you think about it?

This is a personal matter and I certainly don't want Bush/Congress telling me how to take care of my personal issues. He's not exactly a good role model.

I haven't read the details of the case - the BBC's photo of the woman is too scary : http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/media/images/39484000/jpg/_39484139_203b_terri_ap.jpg

Right to die?

I don't think the govenment should interfere, but having
said that I realise these cases can be open to abuse, but
if it was really her wish to die-then her wishes should be
respected.

Re: Right to die?

Her husband and her parents take opposing views on this - that's what makes it harder and is getting it dragged through the courts ... although the American religious right might well have taken up the case any way.
