Are you and John going to be over here for the 1st May? if so do you want to see my side Morris dance at dawn at Southampton? If you do I can book a breakfast for you afterwards at a local pub - I'll need to make the booking by mid April for definite to get it though.

Cheers
peter

There once was a clown named Fred
Who put an ugly hat on his head
Along came Matt
And hit him with a bat
And now poor Fred is dead!

Hello Ellie, it's good to see you.
How are things? What have you been up to?
Are you and Nick good?
Does life do what it should,
Or is it a whole heap of poo?

I used to write poems with rhymes
but now I just cannot pretend
that finding a sound
which matches line four
has any appeal for me now.

A few limerics;
But a dictionary's worth?
Madness on the net!

You should know that my prefered form is haiku; getting limerics right is, I find, much harder. The definition of "autotransformer" is one I'm proud off ... even if the word is hard to work into everyday conversation :)

Peace

You're addicted to doing what to limericks? Sounds kinky...

What actually got me was the caffine molecule. I looked it up a little while back to use as a quilting pattern :D

Look at the links and you'll see what I do with them :)

The icon was written by tamnonlinear , I just changed the timings to make it a little less frantic

A caffeine molecule on a quilt, drinks before you leave bed? I don't think the molecule on my icon is actually caffeine is it? I think it is actually one of the constituents of DNA, but I'm not 100% sure.

Peace

The molecule labled caffine actually is, indeed, caffine. The molecules comprising DNA are considerably more complex, if I am remembering correctly. (It was a long time ago!)

The quilt is going to be called Coffee in Bed... a fantasy since I never do get to have my coffee there... but other people make fairy tale quilts, why shouldn't I?

Namaste

Litre

I hope you can do better than my feeble attempt ;)

There was a young man called Peter
Who found he need a litre
He awoke one day
To find himself covered in hay
And it wasn’t even May, hey hey
