My "room" at the hotel is another "garden room". Last time I was in a garden room I was in a block just next to the hotel. This time I across a roadway and round a corner - an extra 5 minute trek. Still by the time I reach the breakfast buffet I'm hungry from all the exercise :)

Instead of the double and single beds in the last room this one has three single beds - I'm getting cramped in the single bed and they are not set up so I can push two of them together.

I went to bed at 8PM yesterday evening, although not to sleep straight away. That seems to have helped my eyes - they have been very sore recently and needed a rest. I think it may be the pollen level - I noticed that they seemed to have a layer of deposit on them when I kept taking them out to clean and the BBC site did say that the pollen level in the south-east has been very high over the last few days. It seems better down here in Cardiff although it has rained a few times since the weekend and that usually helps to clear the air.

Busy at work, so I'll close now - maybe post again when I'm done for the afternoon.
Peace
peter

Must be nice, even if the beds are small; the exercise is pretty good, I'll bet, and gets ya moving in the morning. How is Cardiff? And what're you doing there, anyway? ;)

Well I don't actually get to see much of Cardiff - I went in to the town centre the other week and a rubbish collection cart tried to run me over! The office is at St Mellons to the east of Cardiff and he hotel is a 5 minute drive away.

What am I doing?I ask myselfthat some times :) but on the prosaic level supporting external clients (who are mostly in London, so Cardiff is he ideal base for me :) It was either take this job or be made redundant ... so here I am :) It is not all bad, but there is a lot of work at the moment so I'm not posting much,or rather not much that isn't cut-and-pasted from somewhere else.

Have fun, peace
peter
