Cooked pancakes tonight, yummy!
The picture is the last one - it had marmalade and lemon juice. What did you have in yours?

Re:

Well I had to guess at the batter mix, flour egg and milk in random proportions and adjust 'till it was about the consistency of single cream ... I only found the book which told me thatafter I'd made up the mixture.

the 2nd one ended up a bit thick but the other two were better.
Peace

I wish there was a way to email some of my family's homemade maple syrup for you to have on those pancakes! :) *hugs*

It looks yummy, though it does look more like a crepe than a pancake to me. Maybe it's a language difference (like biscuits).

My favorite topping for pancakes is maple syrup. My favorite filling for crepes is fresh berries.

Re:

Well it was a bit hit and miss getting the batter right, so in practice it was probably half and half :)

Still yummy though
