Things That Are Difficult to Say When You're Drunk:

Indubitably; Innovative; Preliminary; Proliferation; Cinnamon.

Things That Are VERY Difficult to Say When You're Drunk:

Specificity; Cogito ergo sum; British; Constitution;
Passive-aggressive disorder; Loquacious; Transubstantiate.

Things That Are Downright IMPOSSIBLE to Say When You're Drunk:

Thanks, but I don't want to have sex; Nope, no more booze for
me; Sorry, but you're not really my type; Good evening, officer,
isn't it lovely out tonight? Oh, I just couldn't-no one wants
to hear me sing!

Smiles

Re: Grey Matter

Oh good.

My brain functions? If you say so. ;)

It is hard to judge people's reactions sometimes and I'm aware that some people are a lot more sensative about stuff than I am. Just keep doing the smileys and I'll catch on eventually :)))

Are these facts based on scientific studies over ages of periods of times? ;)
And... is "ages of periods of times" even correct in the English language?
Good morning Peter!

It's actually "Good Evening" for me now :) but hello anyway.

ages of periods of time sounds like a literal translation from another language to me .

:) I doubt that much scientific research has been done, but maybe we could get a PhD project set up ... I volunteer to be the drinker and you can measure how shlured my whordsh bhecum ashthe alkool lhervel hincreashesh ... hic

It's a deal!

It's a deal! You seem much more alcoholicly talented than me anyways, and a PhD might actually enable me to get a job once I graduate.

Good evening! How was yoir day?

Re: It's a deal!

Not got as much done as I planned - going to do some painting in the bedroom of my London flat. Bought the paints, step ladder, dust sheets, roller and tray, roller for doing behind radiator and brushes. Then went over to see my Mum - too late to paint when I got back so will do that first thing on Sunday.

Gotta go get some sleep soon - just cleariing my e-mail. Catch you later.

Re: It's a deal!

Yep it's the Friern Barnet one.

Today the ceiling got two coats of white. The wall with a window is white - one coat plus a quick second - still need to do some bits of the windoe surround. Wall opposite the window is now lemon - 2 coats but both done in artificial light with shadows so no idea how good it looks.

The other two walls are going to be lemon ice and apricot and teh wood around the door and the bit of wood at the bottom of the walls will be warm yellow. My sister helped me choose the colour scheme - her sense of colour is much better than mine :)

How was your weekend?

Take care

an other deal in the making

Does that mean you are going to come to Belgium, or do I need to transport them here?

I have only eaten moule frites once in my life, a long time ago. I usually eat them seperately.

Re: another deal in the making

Well .... I guess we can negotiate about the details :) I know a restaurant in Chesterfield that does very nice moules sometimes but not like Belgium ones :)

We can chat and decide if / when we want to do that when we actually meet :)

Was the vegitarian indian you went to with your friends called Rani? If so ... that was the one I was talking about.

Re: another deal in the making

We could start a restaurant testing business. :)

No, it was "Indian Veg" in Uslington (Angel even)
It's really check buffet and it's good. We used to go there about twice in 3 weeks or there about.

I looked for Rani while walking around yesterday but didn't see it. Is it it on Finchley road/lane?
